    <p>В обзоре представлены  данные о роли оксидантного стресса и цитокинового дисбаланса в патогенезе &#13;
хронической мигрени. Анализировались литературные источники, датированные с 2000 по 2023 гг., на &#13;
сайтах Pubmed, Springer, eLIBRARY, на русском и английском языках. Целью обзора являлось обобщение &#13;
имеющихся сведений о значение оксидантного стресса и цитокинового дисбаланса в патогенезе &#13;
хронической мигрени. Научные данные последних лет убедительно доказывают, что с молекулярной &#13;
точки зрения критическая роль в этом процессе принадлежит системному оксидантному стрессу и &#13;
цитокиновому дисбалансу, что можно объяснить их фундаментальной ролью в формировании центральной &#13;
сенситизации – ключевого патофизиологического механизма развития, поддержания и прогрессирования &#13;
хронической мигрени. Представленные выше данные позволяют сделать вывод о том, что оксидантный &#13;
гомеостаз и цитокиновый дисбаланс могут служить потенциальными терапевтическими мишенями при &#13;
хронической мигрени.</p>
   </abstract>
   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The review provides data on the role of oxidative stress and cytokine imbalance in the pathogenesis &#13;
of chronic migraine. The literature search was carried out from 2000 to 2023 on the Pubmed, Springer, eLIBRARY &#13;
websites in Russian and English. The purpose of the review was to summarize the available information about the &#13;
significance of oxidative stress and cytokine imbalance in the pathogenesis of chronic migraine. Scientific data &#13;
in recent years convincingly prove that, from a molecular point of view, systemic oxidative stress and cytokine &#13;
imbalance play a critical role in this process, which can be explained by their fundamental role in the formation &#13;
of central sensitization, a key pathophysiological mechanism in the development, maintenance and progression &#13;
of chronic migraine. The data presented above suggest that oxidative homeostasis and cytokine imbalance may &#13;
serve as potential therapeutic targets in chronic migraine.</p>
