Антифосфолипидный синдром может имитировать многие заболевания, одним из которых является рассеянный склероз. В статье представлены основные аспекты дифференциальной диагностики антифосфолипидного синдрома и рассеянного склероза, а также приведен собственный клинический случай.

Antiphospholipid syndrome can mimic many diseases, one of which is multiple sclerosis. The article presents the main aspects of differential diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome and multiple sclerosis, as well as its own clinical case.
