   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Обзорная статья посвящена одному из направлений нетрадиционной медицины – винолечению (энотерапии). Сделан небольшой исторический экскурс в историю виноделия и винолечения, подчеркнута  умеренность  употребления мягкого алкоголя с лечебной целью, выделены показания для энотерапии в терапии и хирургии. Особо выделены заслуги крымских виноделов и врачей в продвижении энотерапии как раздела нетрадиционной медицины.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The review is devoted to one of the directions on alternative medicine – wine therapy (enotherapy). Authors made a short excurse into history of winemaking and wine-therapy, stressed the moderateness of mild alcohol consumption with therapeutical aims, isolated indications for this method in therapy and surgery. The merits of Crimean winemakers and doctors in promoting enotherapy as a section of alternative medicine are especially highlighted.</p>
