    <p>Пилонидальная болезнь – распространенное заболевание во всем мире, с широким спектром вариантов лечения, от различных вариантов иссечения кисты до применения лоскутных пластик. Хирургами со всего мира ведется поиск эффективных малотравматичных методов лечения эпителиального копчикового  хода  (ЭКХ).  В  данном  обзоре  отражены  наиболее  распространенные,  современные традиционные и малоинвазивные методы лечения ЭКХ, используемые как в нашей стране, так и за её пределами. Анализ литературных данных показал большую вариабельность хирургических подходов в лечении данной патологии. В результате сложившейся ситуации, единый подход к хирургической тактике лечения эпителиального копчикового хода до сих пор не определен. Накопленный опыт использования хирургических лазерных технологий в лечении ЭКХ положительно зарекомендовал себя. Основным преимуществом внутритканевой лазерной термотерапии пилонидальных кист является минимальная травматизация тканей, приводящая к уменьшению длительности и выраженности болевого синдрома, снижению сроков нетрудоспособности, хорошему косметическому результату в сравнении с традиционными способами операций.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Pilonidal disease is a common disease worldwide, with a wide range of treatment options, from various cyst excision options to patchwork. Surgeons from all over the world are looking for effective, low-traumatic methods of treating the epithelial coccygeal passage. This review reflects the most common, modern traditional and minimally invasive methods of pilonidal disease treatment used both in our country and abroad. Analysis of literature data showed a great variability of surgical approaches in the treatment of this pathology. As a result of this situation, a unified approach to the surgical tactics of treating the epithelial coccygeal passage has not yet been determined. The accumulated experience of using surgical laser technologies in the treatment of pilonidal disease has proven itself positively. The main advantage of interstitial laser thermotherapy of pilonidal cysts is minimal tissue trauma, leading to a decrease in the duration and severity of pain syndrome, a decrease in the period of disability, a good cosmetic result in comparison with traditional methods of surgery.</p>
