Abstract (English):
V nastoyaschem obzore, na osnovanii analiza special'noy otechestvennoy i zarubezhnoy literatury, razmeschennoy v elektronnyh bibliotekah eLibrary i KiberLeninka, baze dannyh mediko-biologicheskih publikaciy PubMed, predstavleno teoreticheskoe obosnovanie problemy nevynashivaniya beremennosti, svyazannoe s vospalitel'nymi zabolevaniyami parodonta. Nesmotrya na provedennoe bol'shoe kolichestvo klinicheskih issledovaniy, kotorye prodemonstrirovali, chto infekcii i vospalitel'nye processy v parodonte mogut okazyvat' negativnoe vliyanie na gestacionnyy process, vyyavlenie klyuchevyh faktorov, sposobstvuyuschih etoy svyazi, a takzhe opredelenie vozmozhnyh putey profilaktiki i lecheniya do konca ne izucheny. Izvestno, chto oral'nyy mikrobiom sostoit iz bolee chem 700 vidov bakteriy, i ego raznoobrazie mozhet izmenyat'sya pod vliyaniem razlichnyh faktorov, takih kak vozrast, gormonal'nye izmeneniya, dieta i obschee sostoyanie zdorov'ya. Eti izmeneniya mogut okazyvat' znachitel'noe vliyanie na obschee fizicheskoe sostoyanie zhenschiny i ee somaticheskoe zdorov'e. Dokazano, chto v period beremennosti nablyudaetsya uvelichenie kolichestva zhiznesposobnyh mikroorganizmov, chto mozhet okazyvat' kak polozhitel'noe, tak i otricatel'noe vliyanie na zdorov'e materi i ploda. V to zhe vremya, narusheniya balansa v mikrobiome polosti rta mogut povyshat' risk razvitiya razlichnyh stomatologicheskih zabolevaniy, takih kak, zabolevaniya parodonta: gingivit, parodontit, a takzhe sistemnyh zabolevaniy, chto v svoyu ochered' mozhet okazat' otricatel'noe vliyanie na techenie gestacionnogo processa. Poetomu, dal'neyshee izuchenie vzaimosvyazi zabolevaniy parodonta i nevynashivaniya beremennosti budet sposobstvovat' uluchsheniyu kachestva medicinskoy pomoschi i povysheniyu urovnya osvedomlennosti o vazhnosti zdorov'ya zubochelyustnoy sistemy v kontekste reproduktivnogo zdorov'ya.
