In patients with liver cirrhosis, structural changes develop in the renal parenchyma, accompanied by a violation of the total renal function. These processes lead to the aggravation of endogenous intoxication and to the progression of the underlying disease. The aim of the study was to define the relationship between proteinuria and urine albumin/creatinine ratio with indicators of endogenous intoxication in patients with liver cirrhosis. 146 patients with liver cirrhosis with various etiologies were examined. In all patients, the presence of proteinuria, middle molecules level, creatinine and albumin levels in the urine were determined, urine albumin/ creatinine ratio was calculated, and the ratio of indicators of integral leukocyte indices was studied. It was established that the urine albumin /creatinine ratio in patients with liver cirrhosis correlate with indicators of endogenous intoxication and it`s a predictor of the adverse course of liver cirrhosis.
