ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ДОКУМЕНТИРОВАНИЯ БРАЧНО-СЕМЕЙНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ В КАРАИМСКИХ ОБЩИНАХ КРЫМА В XIX – НАЧАЛЕ XX ВЕКА (ПО МАТЕРИАЛАМ ГАРК)

Одними из наиболее информативных свидетельств о прошлом караимских общин Крыма являются документы, относящиеся к проблеме регулирования брачно-семейных отношений в караимской среде. Несмотря на интеграцию караимов в российское языковое и культурное пространство, осуществлявшуюся российскими властями, вплоть до второй половины XIX в. внутриобщинные устои и догматы караимской религии оставались по-прежнему незыблемыми. В сфере брачно-семейных отношений караимы руководствовались положениями, сформулированными в трудах караимских религиозных авторитетов средневековья, а также комментариями к этим сочинениям авторов Нового времени. За точностью отправления конфессиональных обрядов, соблюдением религиозных канонов и норм семейного права тщательно следило караимское духовенство. В статье предпринят анализ частноправовых документов – караимских брачных договоров шетаров, заключённых между представителями караимских общин Российской империи, а также сопутствующих материалов, сопровождавших процесс документирования брачно-семейных отношений караимов. В частности, рассмотрены особенности их оформления, структура, а также основные тенденции, повлиявшие на трансформацию их содержания, способов изготовления и внешнего вида.
